Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.)

My boss is so confident and knowledgeable too, his command over the subject is excellent.

As per weakness is concern I did not find any weaknesses on him and I think finding out others weakness itself a big weakness.

The strong point of my boss; he hates and he is so ditective of errors, he is a good actor when

The weak point of him; he don't know or he has no behaviour of appriciating other no matter how much best you do to attend responsibilities, he don't give chance to any one to express views or feelings, he is dynarmic; he is not a person to be trusted on his orders unless the order is in written form, he feels to be special and so more!

Everyone has their positive and negative sides. My boss is always true to their words and very creative mind and energetic too. And in negative way I am not the person who judge to him. I always learn from him so many things from different ways.

My boss always been great for me as I have learned many things from him. The strong point which I observed is his dedication or punctuality towards work.

As far as his weakness concern he always keeps himself at work. On account of this.
He has less interaction with team member.

Honestly, Sorry Sir, I can't disclose these secrets, as my Boss is a Representative of my Organization and you are the competent of it. With his decisions and efforts Organization doing well which reflects in employees growth.

Boss always sitting in right side because he has knowledge perfectly and ask any questions and take fastly answer and decide they are people joining yes or no boss give desire people.

As not all people are perfect and there are always good and bad sides of a person. Correlating these attributes of my boss, the good thing about him is, he is very motivated person, he encourages his team mates to work collaboratively with maximum output and minimum rework.

Looking into my boss's dark side, he sometimes neglects his family due to work and which affects his personal life and desire.

Sir, everyone holds their good and bad points and that makes them human. Talking about good sides, my boss holds qualities like hardworking, open minded and eager to learn, and he helped me to learn many things. He shared his vast experience with us. Sir, I would not be the right person to judge the negative sides of my boss as I have never been to his shoes.

My Boss I an intelligent and hard worker, open minded and even though he is the boss he used to take suggestions from us and personally and professionally I have learned a lot from him. I thank him for motivating me and I never ever saw any negativeness in him.

2. Strong points: approachable, spontaneous, energetic, punctual, having ability to prioritize things well, very supportive for his team members, a good motivator, strong in networking and an ambitious person. I have learnt a lot under him and he has always been helpful to me.

3. As far as weak ness is concerned, I got very little time to judge him but whatever time I have spent with him, did not encountered anything big enough that hampers a team growth and opportunities. He gave enough opportunities to each of us to grow as much as we can by pushing ourselves to highest limits.
