Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.)

He is an excellent motivator and help his subordinates to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Talking about the weak points, this is indeed a truth that every person has strong as well as weak points but as per my view, boss already has a vast experience and skills than me, as I am just learning while my boss has already faced the situations that I am yet to face, learn and experience. So I have never Judge his weak points.

Firstly I would like to say thank you for giving me this wonderful opportunity to introduce about myself.

This is harishankar bramha I came from mahaboob nagar dist.

Coming my educational background.

I completed MBA (perceiving) in noble pg college.

I completed BBM in sri vijaya durga degree college 2011 passout.

I completed 10+2 in Rao's jr college 2008 passout.

I completed ssc in zph school 2005 passout.

My strengths are I get easily with every one Positive attitude.

My weakness is Little bit Emotional,

My family back ground we are 4 members including me.

My father businessman.

My mother home maker.

My only one elder brother he is working at health dept.

My boss always give us motivation for working hard with great passion and to seeing him working like this we do our best for growing this company but when it comes about company and employees facility and requirement he just ignore this things which is the weak thing about it.

Every human being having some strong and weakness. In my knowledge of my boss is very friendly, he think all are equal. The weakness point of my boss I didn't seen any.

Strong point of my boss is that he is caring to all the team members.

Weak points of my boss is that he used to get worried if target did not met on time. So team members used to convince our boss about the good performance and good targets by working in time systematically.

There are many strong points and it is difficult to choose a few but I have learnt time management, discipline from my boss. "A coin has both sides" in the same way everyone has weak points also but I can not say weak points because I feel I'm not the right person to reveal.

Sir., As far as I concern, he is my boss, so obviously I do listen to him and I like the way he runs the organisation. I can't judge him/her ideas until I hold the same position and same situation. And finally I am not the right person to talk about my old organisation, because he is a boss and I was an employer of the company.

The strong point of my boss is that he is very innovative and very intelligent.

About the weak points I have never notice. He/her is a good human and truly person and I have thought very carefully that he thought me about goal, achievements, life and about a person and I have learnt a lot from him/her.

Boss is honest person, he maintain time punctuality very in work schedule, positive thinker and very energetic.

He is not quick response when we give leave letter.

Hello sir,

I have observed the lot of strong points in my boss but the most things which I have observed or I have learnt from him is that he is innovative, energetic, is punctuality, well merged with the time management skills and fully dedication to the work and always try to learn from mistake or failure and guide to all employees on time by time and arranging training to the employees when ever needed, giving the chances to the employees for their better improvement in their respective area, but as as we know that every person have some drawback also, nobody is always perfect.

But I think that I am not in that position to judge him as negatively, so I always try to learn the good things from him so that I can also apply in my life and which will be definitely help to me for my future growth.
