My name is Naveed Sayyad I am from Chikodi in the Belgaum district and I have my BCom graduation in Government College Chikodi along with my degree I have completed 1-year course in computer (Excel Power bi).

We are five members in my family including me, my father, my mother and two siblings. my brother is in mechanical field and my sister is studying 2nd PUC.

My hobbies are listening songs and watching movies in my free time.

And my strength is I am a quick learner and self-confidence.

My weakness is I am not flexible until I finish my work and I am not saying no.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology.

Hi My name is Avanish Kumar Tyagi.
I’m originally from Sultanpur, but I currently reside in Matiyaari, Lucknow.
I come from a close-knit family of five members, which includes my parents, my siblings, and myself.
My family has always been supportive of my academic and career goals, motivating me to pursue higher education and build a solid foundation for my career.

In terms of education, I completed my graduation from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University (RMLAU), which gave me a strong grounding in foundational skills.
Following that, I took a step further to complete a 1-year ADCA (Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications) from Gmind Institute. This diploma equipped me with essential computer and application skills, including proficiency in software like MS Office, which has been invaluable in my customer service roles.
Currently, I am pursuing an MBA from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), where I am focusing on developing a deeper understanding of business administration, management, and organizational dynamics.
My goal with this MBA is to strengthen my strategic thinking and open up more advanced career opportunities.

On the professional side, I have accumulated around 1. 5 years of work experience in customer service and telecommunication roles. I began my career as a telecaller at We Win, where I learned the basics of customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and communicating effectively.
Following that, I worked at Vision India as a Customer Care Executive. In this role, I developed stronger communication and problem-solving skills, as I dealt with various customer queries and issues daily, learning to stay calm under pressure and find solutions promptly.

Most recently, I worked with Bajaj Finance as a Telecaller in the Loan Recovery department. This role helped me develop resilience, patience, and a more strategic approach to communication, as I often had to engage with customers who were in challenging financial situations. This experience taught me the importance of empathy and clear communication when dealing with sensitive matters.

In terms of my strengths, I consider myself a quick learner and highly self-motivated. My adaptability has allowed me to transition smoothly into different roles and learn new skills on the job. I also find that my self-motivation drives me to set goals and work consistently towards achieving them, which has been beneficial in both my studies and my career.

One area I’m actively working to improve is my tendency to trust others easily. While being trusting can be a positive quality, I’m learning to approach situations more objectively and balance trust with caution, especially in a professional environment.
