My name is ARCHANA CR.

I am from the town well known for Asia's second-largest monolithic hill MADHUGIRI.

Currently, I am pursuing Engineering graduation in Sri SIDDHARTHAI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, TUMKUR with CGPA 9.02.

I done PU in GOVERNMENT PU COLLEGE, Madhugiri with 91%.

I done my schooling SM English school Madhugiri.

About my family we are four. My father is a teacher, my mother is a homemaker and I have younger brother he is studying 1st PU.

I am getting topper award form school to until now. From school I was interested in computer. This made to join engineering CSE and now I love coding, my favourite subject is data structures.

My strength are hardworking, eager to learn new things, and I am very dedicated to the work which I do.

My hobbies are playing chess, drawing, dancing, listening music and watching youtube videos.

My short-term goal is to get a job in good IT firm like you.

My long-term goal is to bulid good house for my family.

I am Rakesh, I stay in Mumbai with my family and I have done my graduation in arts from Delhi university, I am having 3 years of experience in travel and tourism industry, 7 months in MMT as an admin executive I was responsible to handle tour operations after that I got a chance to work with Akbar one and half years as a customer service executive and after that I got promoted as a subject matter expert. As a customer service executive, my duties were to resolved customer questions, issues and complains via phone, issuance, cancellation and rescheduling of the air tickets by using Amadeus. And as I subject matter expert my responsibilities was to handle mails from different departments, communicate all process and client related changes to the front line within specific timelines, resolved customer related issues by handing escalated calls and other duties assigned by manager. I am flexible with office timing and work can work under pressure can work as an individual and as well as in a group.
