My name is Siyonukumari Chinthala.
I'm a 2024 MBA graduate in Human Resources.
I'm a self-motivated person and quick learner who enjoys interacting with people and building positive professional relationships.
During my MBA, I developed skills in areas like recruitment, coordination, communication and problem solving.
I'm now looking forward to starting my career in a professional environment where I can show my knowledge, continue learning and contribute effectively to the organisation.
Apart from my academics, I also love creating cooking videos. Which helped me improve my creativity, confidence, consistency and presentation skills.

I am Sowntharya from Pudukottai,

I am a final-year B.Sc (Hons) agriculture student at the Agriculture College and Research Institute.

I am completing a degree with a strong academic background from my schooling onwards.

During my degree, I gained practical knowledge through a two-month raw program, which sharpened my skills in farmer interaction, collecting field data, providing farm advisory, and conducting method Demonstrations to solve real-time issues.

On my degree, I have extensive hands-on experience in crop production, especially with black gram and wetland rice and developed a strong technical foundation in integrated nutrient and pest management.

Beyond academics, I enjoy reading books. I'm looking forward to applying my skills, knowledge, and passion for farmers' development to contribute to your organisation's growth.
