Myself Prajwal Prakash Shinde.
Currently, I am pursuing 3rd year of my B Tech in mechanical engineering.
Running with an overall CGPA of 9.39 and aiming to end the 8th semester with an Overall CGPA of 9.6.
Beyond Resume, I have participated in many competitions and skill development activities which enhanced my soft skills such as team spirit, teamwork, public speaking, communication and developed overall personality during primary and secondary education.

My primary education is completed at Podar International School Satara and my secondary education at Shri Sevagiri Vidhyalay, Pusegaon.
During that period, I was class prefect for continuous two years and in 10th, I became sports minister. And represented the school Football team as a captain at zonal-level competition held at Satara and Phaltan.

From there, I have collected skills such as team management, team growth along with Individual growth. After getting a good percentage in 10th.
I enrolled myself at Government Polytechnic Pune. And from there my career in mechanical engineering started. After completing my major project and 3 years of diploma without any backlog with good numbers.

Then I secured my admission in VIIT for B Tech in ME. Till now, I have participated in different activities and events, recently my team of 5 members including me participated in car designing and clay modelling competition held at Mylapore, Chennai. We secured 2nd runner-up award with a cash prize and lots of experience. This competition focused mainly on skills such as time management, communication, teamwork and presentation skills in the English language.

Currently, I am working on major project of Product design, Development and Manufacturing of compact paper dish machine which added values such as frugal innovation, required good analytical, problem solving, cad modelling software knowledge and theoretical knowledge with disciplined dedication and patience as it was inhouse project.

We did value engineering to make our project affordable, sustainable, and profitable which will appeal to small-level entrepreneurs who couldn’t afford the same machine cost twice, which is available in the marketplace.

After analyzing in different situations, I found myself hardworking and dedicated, a better communicator, with quick grasping skills, and right attitude and approach to learning new things.

I believe my personal traits and skills will lead me to become a good mechanical engineer and a better employee for a company.
