Hi, I’m Anjali Singh.

I am from Kolkata. I completed my Higher Secondary education in 2015 and later enrolled in the B.Com program at Surendra Nath Women's College.
While I wasn’t able to finish my graduation, I’ve built nearly eight years of experience in the BPO industry.

I started my career with Wipro in 2018, where I worked for 3 years in the US Best Buy and Geek Squad semi-voice process as an L1 Technical Support Associate.
I handled 5 live chats simultaneously, assisting customers with Windows, Mac, desktop, laptop, printer, software, operating system, and basic networking issues.
I provided remote support using LogMeIn (LMI), performed L1 troubleshooting, and escalated complex issues to the L2 support team whenever required. I consistently maintained strong performance metrics, including NPS, AHT, QA, and productivity.

In 2021, I joined British Telecom, where I worked for 4 years and 7 months in the UK billing chat process, handling 3 chats simultaneously.
I resolved billing queries and complaints, processed compensation while following compliance guidelines, and maintained strong quality, productivity, sales, validation, and complaint metrics.

I also raised three process improvement ideas that were implemented and appreciated by management.

I'm passionate about technology and troubleshooting, and I'm excited about this Technical Specialist opportunity because it allows me to combine my L1 technical support experience with my customer handling, compliance, and process improvement skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Hi, I'm Prakhar, a full-stack developer focused on backend work with Java and Spring Boot.

I did my B-Tech in Computer Science from RRSIMT in 2024, followed by a Java Full Stack Development certification from Tap Academy.

Since then, I've interned as a Java Developer at CodeAlpha and Syntecxhub, and recently contributed to an open-source project at Mindfire Digital, working on MCP tooling.

I've also built projects like Shortify, a distributed URL shortener using Kafka and Redis, and ToolRent, a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

I'm looking to bring that experience into a role focused on scalable backend systems.

I have more than 7 years of work experiences as an executive as back office operations in a multi national company name GTFS Multi Services Ltd. I'm energetic, hard working, sincere, honest and passionate about my work, my weakness is I get upset when I fail to perform as per my senior expectation and become emotional on seeing someone I trouble. About my family members, I have 2 sisters, a brother my father and mother. We are a little family with my one and only younger sister and parents.

My parents live in Dhaka and me and my sister belongs to our Uncles home in Rajbari.

My hobby is Reading, Writing, and drawing.

As you already know I am Lakshmi. I have done my degree as distance education student. Immediately after my graduation, I joined BPO as a CCE based on my performance I have been promoted as qa there my journey started as QA for that Docomo process. Unfortunately, the process got shut down hence I was forced to leave the organization and attending image review here.
