My name is Pratheeksha Rao.

I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resource and Finance from AJIET.

I have completed my B.Com from SDM Degree College.

During my MBA, I developed a strong interest in Human Resources, especially in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

I have also completed an HR internship at Prasanna Technologies, where I worked on employee absenteeism data.

I have good knowledge of MS Excel and have also completed an Excel certification.

I consider myself a hardworking, responsible, and quick-learning person.

I am looking forward to starting my career in HR, gaining practical experience, and growing along with the organization.

I completed my B.Com from SDM Degree College, Ujire, and am currently pursuing my MBA at AJIET.

My academic journey has helped me develop a good understanding of business, human resource management, finance, organisational behaviour, and management practices.

During my education, I actively participated in academic projects, presentations, college events, management activities, workshops, and professional development programs.

These experiences helped me improve my communication, teamwork, leadership, coordination, presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills.

I am from Bihar, and currently I am living in Jasola Village, Delhi.

Talking about my education, I completed my 12th in 2022.

Currently, I am pursuing my B.A from IGNOU, and I am expected to complete it in February.

Talking about my career, I have more than two years of work experience in data-related work. I started my career as a Data Entry Operator, and later I worked in a data-related role.

My work was mainly related to handling, updating and maintaining data and company information.

I am Dileep Dudekula, I am a native of kurnool Andhra Pradesh, I am recently graduated from the G Pullaiah collage of eng, kurnool with 8.4 cgpa, before that, I had complted my intermediate in 2020 with 9.19 cgpa and my SSC with 9.8.

I am currently pursuing a full stack web development course at JSPiders, I am very much intersted or passionate aboyt technology so that I honed my skills in java programming which includes core java, JDBC, Servalets and spring and spring boot, I am also proficient in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JS and react which makes me as a person who can have both front end and backend skills.

During my transition I had done several projects which includes :

Logic based games like : Tic Tac toe, guess the number, number patterns etc.
E commerce web sites like : Amazon, netflix and pixabey with search filter and authentication functionalities.
Some other websites like birtday cards, digital clock, weather app.
Tamil movie data base using api.
And hotel management system using JDBC.
And now I am learning new technologies to expand my skills like Microserrvices as an extension of spring boot. Redux for state managment and Node for front end development.
For increasing logical and problem solving skills data structures and algorithms.

Recently, I have completed a full-stack development internship at xyz, where I worked on designing and developing a community backend for pages.

Alongside development, I continuously improve my problem-solving skills, having solved over 400 questions across platforms like GFG and LeetCode.

My hobbies include playing kabaddi very well, ME& MY team attend 3 district matches and 2 state matches and attend many local matches.

I am college level with the course of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration.

My work experiences are I was a store clerk before way back 2023 - 2024 and also, I worked as housemaid this year only. It was a great experience and it developed my skills.

My strengths including I have an ability to follow instructions, To adapt first time tasks, not complaining while doing the tasks, Can do basic computer skills and also, Can do research when problem-solving.

As for my weaknesses are I cannot do multi-tasking, I took so long to finish my job everytime I got confused and I cannot concentrate with my job when my environment is not in peace.
