I am Sonam. I have started my career in 2009 as a customer care executive in IBM Daksh. Then I got promoted to Quality Analyst and in the year of 2011, I joined Tech limited as a QA.
Then I took a lateral movement to MIS department due to my knowledge in excel.
In the year of 2014, I joined TCDL as a senior processor and continuing my work.
I do have knowledge of excel and power point.
