My name is Hager Hassan. I'm 23 years old and graduated from El Menoufia University, Faculty of Commerce, English Section, majoring in Accounting, with a total grade of 78 percent.

My hobbies include improving my knowledge related to my current field and learning new skills to grow myself. Additionally, I enjoy watching TV and listening to music.

Regarding my education, I completed my primary, preparatory, and secondary schooling in my hometown of Sohag. Then, I traveled to El Menoufia to continue my studies at El Menoufia University, where I lived in a college town. There, I met different people with various personalities, which helped strengthen my communication skills and my thinking.

About my work, I am currently employed as a call center technical support agent at We. My role involves solving problems related to physical issues, logical issues, and poor line quality. I strive to achieve my KPIs by gaining customer satisfaction through effective handling.

My strengths include always trying to establish a good connection and understanding with people, being flexible and adaptable to work in any environment, maintaining a positive attitude, having confidence, and managing my time well. I can work with different kinds of people.

My weaknesses are that I get nervous and bored when working alone and I don't feel comfortable until I finish my work. I find it hard to enjoy my personal life due to my work, but I try to set aside specific time at least once a month to meet my friends.

My long-term goal is to achieve a higher position in my career, and my short-term goal is to gain this scholarship, which will help me achieve my long-term goal.

I am Lisha Priya, I have completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering, which I completed in 2023. Currently, I am enhancing my technical skills by pursuing a Python Full Stack course at Besant Technologies.

During my academic career, I undertook several projects that honed my programming skills and my ability to work on real-world problems. One of my notable projects is the Patient Information System, where I used Python, SQL, and Tkinter to develop a system that efficiently manages patient records and ensures data integrity.

Another significant project I worked on was the Blood Donor Project, which I developed using Python, Django, HTML, SQL, and CSS.

This project involved creating a web application that connects blood donors with recipients, streamlining the donation process.

In addition to my formal education, I have completed courses in HTML and Python at NIIT Institute and took an HTML course on Coursera.

To keep my skills sharp and stay competitive, I actively practice coding challenges on platforms like HackerRank and LeetCode.

I've around two years of experience in technical support field in ZZZZ technologies which is located in ambit it park Chennai and my designation is senior technical support engineer.

It was completely related to windows trouble shooting, advanced malware removal knowledge, and basic network related issues.

I was supported for US, UK and canadian clients.

US and UK clients we providing internet connection to their people and they give support for their customer's computer. Customers will connect to us through chat and we will validate the customer and if it is an existing customer we will establish the remote connection on their computer and work on it to resolve their issue.

If it is new CX we will pitch for sale to that customer.

We will call to that customer and we will explain our subscription plans and ask a customer to add in their account.

And Technical wise we faced software related issues, server installations, registry cleanup, backup and restore. Doing deep scans on their computer using our advanced tools.

Our main vision is customer satisfaction.

Apart from this I was helped my colleague to resolve critical issues and done report works to my team lead and train fresher about our process and tools.

My name is Pragati Nevhal and I am from Computer department. Basically, I am from Nanded and I completed my schooling from Nanded itself. I have done my 12th from Rajarshi Shahu college Latur.

Coming to my academics, I have done one project which is based on share recommendation system based on MarketCap of the company. I also done the seminar "E-ticketing system based on RFID technology". I am good with c, c++ languages and also MySQL and Mongodb.

Coming to my family background, I have four members in my family including me. My father is in a police department, the mother is housewife and brother is in 12th class.

My area of interests is a database, data structure, and computer networks. I found, I am very much interested and always attracted to this subjects.

My strengths are I am a timely bounded person and my time management is good almost 80-90%. I can give more output when I work under pressure. And talking about weakness, I think people judge me as an introvert in the first meeting because I don't like to talk much. Keeping quiet is better than talking unnecessary things.
