I am Prakash Satalgaon. Basically, I m from Solapur. I have Done BE in IT from Solapur University.
I have also done Diploma in IT.
Before that, I Have completed my science from Mangalveda.

Schooling is the best part in my life. From my friends, I have learned many things. My hobbies are cooking, listening music. In cooking, I loved to cook Briyani. My strength is I am easily adapt in any type of environment. And positive attitude. My weakness is fear but I will overcome from this.

About my work experience, I worked for BCL as HR Executive for 1 year.
I join BCL as Coordinator in Tower guarding but within 3 months I got transfer to HR department and got learn things of HR operations and payrolling & administrative works.
After,
I join Royal eastern as HR executive there I worked more than 1 and half year with same job description.

Myself Sivakumar B from Tondiarpet, Completed master in labour management and B.Com. My strength is never compromised to failure keep on trying to attain a target at a particular time. So, that I feel it is my strength and the same I feel it is my weakness because I want to attain a target at a particular time so that I give some pressure to my subordinate so that I feel it is my weakness.
