I have completed B-Tech (CSE) in ARYA COLLEGE.

My strength is sincerely hardworking and self-motivated, with positive attitude and I can adopt any type of environment.

My hobbies are travelling, playing cricket, watching movies.

I was born and brought up in Salua, Kharagpur and it's been five years since I have been permanently residing at Naxalbari in Siliguri.

I belong to a family of 4 members that includes my father, my mother, my elder sister and myself.

I am a graduate and I have pursued my graduation from Siliguri College in 2017 securing 50% marks in Bachelor of Arts.

I have also pursued F&b Customer service executive training in Orion Edutech under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana.

My hobbies are numismatics, solving MCQs, planting flowers, exercising, reading books, travelling, listening to good music and watching motivational videos.

First of all, I would like to say thank you for giving me this opportunity. It's my pleasure to introduce myself.

My name is Firoj khan I'm from Indore which is the financial capital of Madhya Pradesh, I belong to a middle-class family.

Now coming to my family background:

We are five members in the family apart from my parents I have a younger brother and sister and I'm elder one of them.

My father name is Mr. Ayyub khan he is a professional tailor and my mother name is Mrs. Saeeda be she is a homemaker, my brother is doing a study now and sister got married.

Now coming to my qualification.

I completed my higher secondary education in 2009 with 58% marks from little flower convent school than I have done my graduation in 2014, I obtained 55% marks in b. Com stream from Christian eminent college. Then in the year of 2015, I took admission in MBA from truba college but I could not complete after one year due to some personal reasons, in my computer knowledge I have done a one-year diploma course in 2018, which is post-graduation diploma in computer application I pass out with 55% marks from NICT institute press complex Indore.

Now coming to my experience.

I have total two-year experience as a customer care executive in Bpo industry. I worked in Dubai telecom process in Teleperformance from 2016 to 2017 after that I worked on the same profile in Myntra process in Intelenet company in the half year of 2018 than I was working in Cardekho. Com process from Girnar soft company in 2019.

Now coming to my hobbies.

My hobbies are improving my knowledge to the related field and learning new skills to grow myself than travelling, eating, reading motivational books as well as watching movies and sports also.

Now coming to my strength and weakness.

My strength is my confidence and patience I'm very honest and dedicate to my work as well as I like to be in discipline and self-motivated, these are my strength and if I talk about my weakness I'm very polite and helping nature person I trust on people easily and I'm not to be technically.
