My strength is the problem-solving ability and analytical thinking and coming to the weakness I'm scared of the new environment and am trying to overcome it. Hi, I am Lavanya and have completed my Bachelor's in business management from Bangalore university. I have 2.3 years of experience in Ernst & young and progressed as a Lead audit associate recently.
