My name is Gaurav Sharma, I live in Delhi, I have studied 10th & 12th pass out from CBSE board.

I'm graduated in Bachelor of computer applications. From Ignou University 2016.

I have 3 years-six-month experience, I have two years worked in Aircel, telecommunication as a customer support executive. And back end process.

I Currently working as a customer support Executive in Pctmsl ltd.

I am looking for opportunities for my career and looking for new opportunities in the face of challenges, where even more can improve my skills.

Before starting any work, I have a Proper plan for that work, then I try to finish it with hard work, I think this is the best I am.

My strength is my confidence, I am honest in my work, hard worker, My weakness is I am straight forward. I have done my MCA in 2016 from Sri sai College of It & Management, with 72% Affiliated to JNTUA,& my Graduation in 2013 from Nagarjuna college for women with 61% ,(Affiliated to YVU),Kadapa, & my Intermediate in 2010 from sri sai Junior college with 58%,& my SSC in 2008 from Z.P.H.S Thogarakunta with 62%.

Coming to my family.
In my family, we are 4 members. My father is a farmer & My mother is a Homemaker, I have 1younger brother, he is doing business.

My hobbies are playing coco, surfing internet to update new technologies.
My Strengths are positive thinking, hard work, Adaptability any environment, Ability to work individual and in-group.

My weekness I think too much for things to be done but sometimes it helps me.

About work experience. As a fresher, I didn't hold any experience towards my core. But I glad to share my experience as a farmer I managed to produce paddy, urad, gingelly in my field with my skills over farming.
