I am Nikhil Kiran Naikwadi. I am from Satara, & currently I am pursuing MBA in Finance from Marathwada Mitra Mandal institute of management and research education, Pune.

During the first year of MBA, I was a part of a research project on " Center for Emerging Economics and Development ".

I have basic knowledge about tally and I have also completed my typing course in English.

Taking about my family, it consists of four members including me and my elder sister.

My hobbies are trekking and swimming.

Coming to my strength, I am a good learner, good at interpersonal relations, I have leadership qualities and I am self-motivated.

My ultimate goal is to do work that I like to do and your company can provide me that opportunity.

My name is Rushikesh Mole. I born and brought up in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. I have completed my SSC in R.C.S.M. High School with 84 marks. I have completed my HSC in S.M. Lohia Jr College with 62 marks. I am a hardworking engineering graduate specialization in Mechanical engineering with an aggregate 61 percentage.

In doing this, I have developed my skills by participating in various events. And, I learned various technologies which helped me in my final year project called "Lower Body Exoskeleton

Along with my degrees, I have completed C, Core Java courses.

I am completed degree in economics but my bad luck I lost one subject in my fourth sem. Then am studying diploma in computer application and I pass the course with first class. I don't know how to speak in english fluently but now try to increase my english knowledge. You give me an oppertunity I will prove my strength and efficiency. In my home, four persons are including my father, mother, brother and me. My father was a shelf at a hotel and my mother was a housewife and my brother worked at a microfinance company at Alleppey.
