My short time goal is an employee As an accountant in a company which most popular in it industries.

I am Samir Kumar and I belonged to Sitamarhi Bihar which is considered as the birth place of goddess Sita.

Recently I have done my graduation from B.R. A Ambedkar University with aggregate percentage marks so as my roots are from Bihar so I have done my primary and secondary education from Hellens school Sitamrhi with 86% marks.

I m also pursuing ma in arts from the Dharbhnga University.

I m quite good in computers and also good in delivering class room lectures.

Coming to my achievement I have played the state level cricket tournament and because of strong commitment and interpersonal skills, I was captain of college cricket team and also participated in various debates and declamation contest.

My hobbies are playing cricket listening music watching a movie.

I'm Dineshkumar and am from Coimbatore belongs to Tamilnadu.

I've around two years of experience in technical support field in ZZZZ technologies which is located in ambit it park Chennai and my designation is senior technical support engineer.

It was completely related to windows trouble shooting, advanced malware removal knowledge, and basic network related issues.

I was supported for US, UK and canadian clients.

US and UK clients we providing internet connection to their people and they give support for their customer's computer. Customers will connect to us through chat and we will validate the customer and if it is an existing customer we will establish the remote connection on their computer and work on it to resolve their issue.

If it is new CX we will pitch for sale to that customer.

We will call to that customer and we will explain our subscription plans and ask a customer to add in their account.

And Technical wise we faced software related issues, server installations, registry cleanup, backup and restore. Doing deep scans on their computer using our advanced tools.

Our main vision is customer satisfaction.

Apart from this I was helped my colleague to resolve critical issues and done report works to my team lead and train fresher about our process and tools.

My strength is I am straight forward person and I have a punctuality.

My weakness is easily believing the people.

I'm Payal Malawalkar currently pursuing my graduation in B.E. in electronics and telecommunication from SGBAU university. Currently, I'm working as a leader on a project on design development of a digital filter for efficient satellite communication. And I like working on such interesting project. I have completed my s s.c and h.s.c from Amravati board from Maharashtra.

Coming to my family background, we are 4 members in our family. My father is a government employee in BSNL, I have a younger brother and he still doing his diploma in engineering and mother is a housewife. My hobbies are net surfing and keeping in touch with the latest new and technologies regarding the automation and many other core electronics fields. Also, when I get some time I like to play the outdoor games like cricket and basketball and listening songs.
