Hello Sir. Good morning.

My name is Tushar Survase. I am born and brought up in Pune. I have completed my school and junior college from Pune. I secured top rank at SSC and HSC examinations. I enrolled at MIT College of Engineering Pune for pursuing my bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. I was academically consistent throughout my graduation and was actively involved in a culture fest at MIT. During my fourth year of engineering, I was fortunate enough to get an internship opportunity through campus placement and I worked as an intern at Cummins India Limited. I always had dreamed of doing masters from IITs but my plan was to first gain some industrial experience then do the masters. So I participated in campus placements at MIT, where I got an offer from a reputed steel organization firm. I graduated from MITCOE in July 2015. But due to the recession in the market, my joining got delayed. So my job search hunt began again. In March 2016, I got selected as GET at Lear Automotive Pvt Ltd. I worked at Lear from March 2016 to July 2017. Meanwhile I was doing for GATE and secured a decent rank but I failed to clear IISC interview. So I thought of taking a drop and prepare for GATE again. I got a decent rank and enrolled at IIT Hyderabad for MTech in ThermoFluidEngineering in the year 2018. During my post-graduation, being CFD enthusiastic. I explored development as well as application side of CFD software.

My name is Sunil Suthar. I'm staying in Mumbai Borivali. I have completed my graduation in B.Com from Thakur college of science and commerce. In my family, we are 5 members including me. My Father is a businessman and they have architecture and my mom is a housewife. And my elder brother is also an architect and my younger still doing studies at Thakur college.

And my hobbies bike riding, cycling, cricket, football, Hollywood & Bollywood movies.

I am Mohammad Rizwan from Amravati Maharashtra I have done my SCC from Podar. International High School with 74% score then I did my HSC with 1st division from science core jr. College Amravati.

I have done my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Polytechnic Amravati with 85% score.

Then After my diploma, I have completed my graduation in Mechanical Engineering from G H Raisoni University Amravati Maharashtra. My CGPA is 9.23.

Talking about my family background.

In my family, there are my mother and father.

My mother is a housewife, my father is a farmer.

My hobbies are listening to music, cooking, gardening, playing games, watching TV, and farming.

I'm fresher and my strength is I'm honest, hardworking, self-motivated, and positive attitude.

My weakness is I'm a very detail-oriented person which used to slow down my work and I have missed deadlines.

So, learning from my mistake I now focus on completing my work on time and less on unnecessary details.

My short-term term goal is to place in good company.

My long-term goal is to become a good position in that company.

I'm Parthiv pursuing electrical engineering from IIT Bombay. I come from Nagpur, Maharashtra.

After 12th, I come to IITB, Here I explored a variety of opportunities ranging from technological to sports, I choose to be part of Ecell which entrepreneurship club. Being a responsible member of the club, I not only learned the values of being a team player, management skills but also learned to work efficiently under pressure.

I have been an average student in my academics according to me but in the past 3 years, I have worked on my skill to communicate better with everyone so that at this very moment I can answer every question you have with confidence.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, sometimes cooking, listening to music, reading, traveling, and playing outdoor sports.

Well, I don't have any real-life working experience but now I'm looking forward to leveraging everything I learned and get hands-on experience.

I was not very motivated in the theory taught in the classes but always have better grades in practical.

First of all, thanks to all of you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.

As you know, my name is Rajiv Kumar from Agra, Uttar Pradesh and I did my 10th from Kendriya Vidyalaya and got 87 percentage and I did my 12th from Kendriya Vidyalaya and got 80 per cent after that I completed my graduation in mechanical engineering from IMS engineering college Ghaziabad and got 87 percentage and I also cracked gate exam in my final year graduation and after that, I got select in IIT Delhi for Mtech in thermal engineering and currently, I am doing final year research project which based on Numerical simulation of blast wave inside a shock tube and in which my main purpose to how to mitigate the effect of blast wave which reduces the structural damage of the building.

My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed organization and improve my skills which helps in future and also help of organization for achieving its goals of the organization.

My long-term goal is to get a good position and make a responsible and achievable personality in the organization and my family members will proud of me.

My strength - I am a hardworking, quick learner and self-motivated person and l am very punctual and dedicated to my own work.

My weakness -. I don't say no when someone asks me for help and I am an emotional person.
