Tell me about yourself.

Good morning mam/sir.

My name is Rohit Kumar and I am from Jamshedpur. I completed my 10th from Mount View School with 75% and 12th from RVS Academy with 79%. And I pursuing my B-Tech in mechanical engineering with an aggregate of 85%. My father is a government employee and my mother is a teacher.

I have a strong interest in this field (auto mobile industry). The reason is that from childhood I am very passionate about cars and bikes whenever I use to see them I want to know more about them that's why when I completed my 10th I decided to take science for my further education this was my first step towards my goal to become a mechanical engineer. My main motive is not only to ride cars and bikes but also I want to know about the whole production process from beginning to end everything from its suspension or related to braking system everything. I have read everything related to automobiles, read about almost every part related to machines and their mechanisms, and now it's time for some practical knowledge, some fieldwork that's why I want to join your company and like to give my 100% whatever I learnt during my whole engineering period.

I have also done two internships one in USHA MARTIN Limited (Usha Alloys and steels Division) located in Jamshedpur, when I was in 5th sem, and worked on a titled "Overview of Direct reduced Iron Plant' for 21 days under the guidance of Mr. K. C. Madhusudan, (senior engineer at Usha Martin Limited). And 2nd internship at TATA MOTORS, JSR.

About my achievements, I have never made any achievements at the state level. But in my schooling, I have participated in several competitions and also won many of them. My hobbies, I like to play cricket, love to read novels in free time, and like swimming, and also likes to read about topics related to technology. And whenever I got free time I spend it in improving my designing skills for that I am using a designing software such as CAD, CATIA, and SOLIDWORKS. I have done a certified course for the basics of both CAD and CATIA. And learnt Solid works during my engineering for one whole semester. I am very much confident about using these three software's, I know the basics but as the work needed advance level, I will learn it in future.

My strength is my attitude that I like to challenges that I can do it without being failed. I'm a self-motivated person, self-disciplined, I am a good team player as well as has a good ability to lead the team. I am a good listener and quick learner and I can adapt any kind of environment. I don't like to say my weakness but I like to say scope for improvement that is I won't leave task incompletely, I believe in myself and my hard work and I want perfection in everything. My ethics is "I never neglect an opportunity for my improvement'.

My short term goal is I want such a platform where I can grow my career along with the organization growth like yours and my long term goal is I want to be one of the reasons for the success of the organization and to reach the highest position in your organization and I want to see your organization as a benchmark to other organizations.
