I am Bharti Verma, I did my graduation in commerce from Delhi University and secretarial practice course from Ywca. I started off my career with computer operator job with the export firm, there my job responsibility is to perform documentation such as purchase order, invoice, shipping order and follow up with buyer and supplier for the same. Click pictures of the new sample and upload in computer and organized them with current style no. In that job, my major accomplishment is too proficient in word, excel table.

My last job, I worked as customer care adviser in travel domain, where my job duties are followup with leads, call them if they need help in payment, booking, seat selection, dates or refund and incoming queries.

I feel I am a good match for this job because of my experience in computers and calling. My typing speed is 50wpm.
