First, I would like to thank you in advance for giving this valuable time for the process.

My name is Sai Guptha Grandhi. I hail from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I completed my graduation in Petroleum Engineering from lpu. I belong to a nuclear family where my father is a farmer and mother is a home engineer.

I've been working in the Educational industry for the last one years since graduating from Lovely professional University and I love it.

I currently working as a Management trainee in the field of project coordinator, operations associate and sales in Edoofa which parental company is Anhad Edu train solutions.

I'm responsible for developing and initiated projects, including costs, schedule and performance, identified the project timelines to meet the project goals provided management for 350+included internal personnel, contractors, vendors and India international manpower to Reduce expenditures by effectively negotiation Increased savings by initiating and fostering distribution take a report from and analyze reports.

To clients on a daily/monthly basis for stakeholders this all responsibility which gives a lot of learning.

Previously, When I was in college I worked as a Student Placement Coordinator at LPU, Campus Ambassador for IIM-Bangalore, Event Coordinator atClub Catalyst, Students coordinator at LPU-AEE coordinator at lpu NSS.

That was a great experience where I find my real happiness.

Although I like my job, at this stage of my career, I realized I need to find a company where I see a long-term career path and I think this position would be a great fit with my skills and goals.

I have done an internship in Mac steel Pvt Ltd, Nashik and I also did Mahindra pride Softskill training in my engineering college.

In my family apart from my parents, I have an elder brother my father is a rickshaw driver. My mother is a domestic engineering (housewife). My brother is doing the job in WNS company at Nashik.

My hobbies are playing cricket, watching cricket, watching movies.

My short term goal is to place a good company like yours.

I belong to Bihar. But moved to Jalandhar further studies. I have done my matric from one of the prestigious school in our country that is Dav public school. And I have done my 12th in commerce stream from the same school itself. Now I am pursuing my management course BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) from Punjab Technical University. I am so much dedicated to gain knowledge through practical work in the advertising and marketing field by joining your company. If I talk about my family. I have a total of 3 members in my family including me. My father is a teacher and my mother is a homemaker. I have 3 years of experience. First one year accountant at GST Suvidha Kendra and then I have joined in 2018 at Adhikar Microfinance as area accountant and after 3 months I have promotion cum transfer to ABM. And my job was to maintain the branch file, collection visit and conduct group grants. My hobby is watching movies, listening to music, playing cricket and my strengths are I am hard worker, honest, self-motivated, positive thinker, quick learner and my weakness is I am too honest.

My name is Lakshman Singh. I am 30 years old. I live in Rohini Sector 22, Delhi with my family. I am graduated from Ramjas College, DU in 2010. I have experience of 7 years in three MNS's. If I talk about my family, I have a total of 4 members in my family. My father is a govt employee who works under DDA. My mother is a homemaker and I have one younger brother who is pursuing his study along with working as a chef. Now I would like to share my work experience. My last organization was Concentrix where I was a part of the Sprint process in which we used to take of existing and non-existing customers mobile, laptop or tablet related issue. We also used to sell the devices as per customer need and requirement along with best price plan. Being a Sr. Practitioner there, I used to support my colleague in providing the process update and new guidelines. Our key responsibilities were to resolve the customer concern at the First call/chat. Also to provide process improvement idea if require that save cost and time to the company. We also used to handle the device technical issues as well.
