Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Nabin Kumar. I am from Bihar.
I have completed my bachelor's degree in Arts from Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.
Along with my degree. I have completed Human Resources Management, and Google Analytics courses from Great Learning Academy.
Currently, I have been working as an HR Assistant since August 2020. In Odisha.
My strength is that I am self-motivated, hard-working and a self-learner. I mold myself according to the situation. Most importantly, I am loyal to my work.
My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company and my long-term goal is to achieve a good position where I can build my career and help the organization too.

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me an opportunity to introduce myself. I am Bipin Kumar Jha. I basically belong to Jharkhand. I did my high school from BSEB in 1993 with 62% and intermediate in 1995 from BIEC with 74%. I had completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 62%. Now I am currently doing a Job.

My strength is hard working, easily adaptable to any kind of environment and team worker. I am also a punctual person, I do my work on time.

My weakness is I am not comfortable until I finished my work in a given time. My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed school.

My long-term goal is to become a responsible and knowledgeable teacher.

In my family 5 members are there my father is govt employee, my elder brother is working, my younger brother is a student and my granny.

About my work experience, I have 1-year experience in HR field as HR Executive. Currently, m working with a reputed company.

In my free time, I love to cook different dishes and like dancing also.

I did my schooling in Pune before going to IIT Bombay to get a degree in mech engineering.

Currently, I am doing research in the Tata Center for Technology and Design that involves creating safer, in methods of harvesting nuclear energy in conjunction with fellows in energy science department.

I truly believe that as a country of almost 7 billion, we have the potential to make our energy platforms more efficient than they currently are to better serve our population and to leave less of a negative impact on our land and environment.
