My strength is Quick Learner and hard work.

My weakness is struggling with time management.

My hobby is playing chess.

My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company where I can improve my skill and experience.

My name is Rachita Sharma. I belong to Indore. I have done my BCom tax from Maheshwari college under DAVV. I have 3yr of experience at Ava merchandising solutions as a sales executive.

While coming to my family members, there are 4 members including me. My father is a painter, and my mother is a homemaker my elder brother is working with Zomato.

Now coming to me. I am a sweet smart, confident and hardworking person. I am a cool hearted person, so I usually see every difficulty with a positive side and keep smiling which makes me stronger even more.

Basically, I am born in Etawah & raised in Lucknow. Currently, I'm pursuing Mechanical engineering from psit Kanpur.

I did my schooling from lucknow model public inter college, lucknow.

I scored 80% marks in intermediate and 85% marks in high school.

My strengths are that I'm a good leader because currently, I'm the group of my ongoing project and also a team player. And I'm also a good observer because I always try to observe people's way of talking and gestures.

I also have an analytical mindset.

Now coming to my weakness (if asked) is that I sometimes push my team members too hard just in order to finish the given task before time, but I'm working on this and I will definitely overcome it.

I am from Pune, I completed my 10th ICSE from MCPS with first-class and did my HSC from BMCC with a first-class also I completed my graduation from the same college. While pursuing this I have done various courses like MSCIT, Personality development from Symbiosis and computers with the same institute. I have completed my PGD in Insurance Management. My strengths are that I take challenges, have an interest in learning new things and adapting to it, the weakness I would say that I take failure very seriously and feel uncomfortable until I correct it. My hobbies are to watch and play football, badminton, reading, listening and playing music.
