My name is Akshay Shinde, I'm from Pune.

I have done my graduation from BSIOTR JSPM's college in 2018 with first class. When I was in engineering college I had made up my mind to become a software developer. For that, I have done C, C++ and java certification.

I don't have work experience in the IT sector but I'm very passionate to work for this company.

My goal is to build a successful career as a software developer which can help my company n me personally and then after 10 years I want to start my own business.

I have done my project of "Smart home residency" while I'm in engineering. During this project, I get to know that I'm a good team player.

My strengths are my positive attitude, punctuality, hard-working and quick learner.

My name is Sandesh Mali, and I am from Nashik.

I begin my academic journey with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Nashik and went on to complete my Bachelor’s degree in the same field from VIIT, Pune.

During my academic years, I gained practical exposure through one internship and two projects, which really helped me understand industry standards in this field of work.

I also served as Social Media Coordinator for the Mechanical Engineering Student Association (MESA) for 1.5 years.

My hobbies are to watch & play cricket, reading books and trekking.

My short-term goal is to secure a position in a reputable company, while my long-term goal is to achieve a leadership role like yours, where I can build a successful and fulfilling career.

A second class upper graduate of the depart of mechanical engineering, ABU Zaria.

In my undergraduate days, I acted at different capacities as Class representative, tutorial coordinator, executive member of the faculty association.

About my experiences, during my internship, I worked at Forte Oil PLC as a maintenance engineer for 6 months; after graduation, I was a field officer at skyline telecoms for a year, then went for the mandatory one year NYSC October 2015.

Currently, I am working as an Operation engineer at Evans Industries Limited.

My strength, I am goal oriented and result driven in the shortest possible time, a good team player and motivating team leader.

My weakness, I am learning to turn back from a process that isn't working.
