Good Morning all of you,

I am Devika P. Staying at Thane.I have completed my bachelor of management studies in 2005 and I have 8 + years experience in Human Resource and Administration and carrying out pin to the piano of HR activities.

I am very much involved in people management. To handle the people, firstly, you need to know people psychology, Yes I have good judgmental power. I am the good communicator and I believes to relay the messages. as it is without any alteration. I keep update myself about amendments and new procedures about labor and compensation benefits. I encourage people to sharpen their inner skills & be a part of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). HR is very crucial but sensitive role .We should be active, prompt and even diplomatic in some cases. I love my current role though It is very challenging.

Coming my educational qualifications I have graduated from Osmania university with 73 Percent and I have completed my intermediate in Vikas junior college with 90 and my schooling in mahaboobabad with 90percent coming to my family we are 6members. My father is a daily labour and he had expired three months back my mother is a house wife. My brother GOPI. He is doing job in crpf. My sister studying intermediate in Chaitanya junior college. I got married when I'm in inter. My husband is doing job in Asian paints.

My hobbies watching TV and listening to music.

My strength is having patiency and hard work.

My weak ness is Basically I'm a sensitive person.

My goal is to do a job in good company.

I hope you have seen my resume besides of this I am very straightforward kind of person whatever I do in my life I do it with confidence no matter what will be the result because either you can success or failure and failure learn more from the mistake. I entered into networking field without any skills and knowledge whatever I learned in last 18months I learnt from myself from my seniors and today's. I am networking engineer! I don't know who I am but I know what I am and what I am able to do that's not my overconfidence that's my confidence!. Maybe I am not a hard working employee but definitely, I am a smart working employee. I want to grow and grow in my field I don't work as a 9 to 5 working guy I work as a 9 to 5 learner and between this time if I can learn anything from my work then my 9 to 5 work period will be Successful.

Myself, Kiruthika. I am coming from Thanjavur but I am living in Thillaiyadi. I am pursuing BE in ECE from KCE and I Completed my 12th standard from St. Paul's Girls Hr. Sec. School with 84% then my 10th standard from T. V. G. High School with 87%.

I have won by project EXPO'16 secured in the Second position and I have participated in several workshop and ppt.

My strength is I have easily adapted to any environment, quick learner and also self-confidence and my hobby are listening music, dance and watching TV.

My short term goal is I get selected for any one of the software company and grow and learn my knowledge and my long term goal is I want like to join in my interest of field.

I am Aditya Singh and I am from NEW DELHI, INDIA. I complete my high school education from Little Fairy Public School, Delhi.

I've done my B.SC (HM) full-time course from Pusa Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi. Also I have good communication skills in both Hindi and English languages.

My skills are to work hard efficiently and effectively without any humble and pressure.

I never run away from the challenging situation, I always face it.

My weakness is my concentration. I never immediately concentrate on individual work.

My hobbies are playing cricket and listening music.

When I am 16, I wanted to become a cricketer but from the aspects of my family and of my leg injury, I couldn't take sports line too long.

Coming to my family background, There are 4 members in my family including me. My father is on job my mother is a homemaker and my elder sister is studying. That's all about my family.

I'm Yuvaraj from Chennai. I have completed my 10th and 12th grade in JaigopalGarodia Higher secondary school.

In 10th I got a percentage of 96 and in 12th, 93%.

Currently, I'm pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Easwari Engg College.

As for my family I've got only one brother older than me. My father is an Electrical Engineer too, working in Integral Coach Factory. My mother is taking care of the household and my brother currently working in HCl.

Talking about my strength, I'm loyal, Honest, adapting myself to any kind of environment.
