Coming to my working experience, I have worked at a logistic where I was working basic admin duties like sending and receiving email, making phone calls to customer, then I have worked on excel too, then I have worked on company ERP, now currently I am working at. P) and I have two younger brothers and they are working in Whirlpool India ltd Faridabad I am married and my wife is a government employee and works in teaching department, I have completed my Engg. In 2012 from Mangalayatan University Beswan Aligarh UP.

I have 9 years of experience in the service department and currently, I am working with Neptune Ind. Ltd since 2016 in the service department as a service manager. I have a team of 14 engineers who's works on pan India.

My skills are good leadership, good customer service, problem-solving, and my technical skills are pneumatic and hydraulic problem-solving, PLC programming, and familiarity with SCADA and robotics.
