Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

I have not been criticised much, but once wrongly in one letter which was to be signed from the senior most person I have wrongly mentioned R&D location as Hyderabad instead of Mumbai.

But that criticism thought me to concentrate more on my work and give my best and never to make such silly mistakes.

Firstly I will find out where I am making mistake. When someone discourages me I will feel like doing that same work in the best manner showing my full potential in it. Prove them by my work not by a tongue.

I did not remember any high criticism on my work, however I have made some mistakes, and mistakes make us perfect. Also, I like to take feedbacks positively and try to improve myself and not to repeat the mistakes again in future.

Firstly, Nothing is perfect in this world. So whenever someone criticized my work I never feel bad because they are telling me the mistake and it give me to improve my knowledge.

Actually, I learned a lot from the mistake.

I didn't get high criticism on my work but it doesn't mean I wasn't criticised any time yup I was criticized but I gave the best result after getting my fault.

Each and every mistake gives you chance to learn something. My father always ask me, don't feel nervousness from the problems but just try to find the solution from the problems because each and every problem has the solution like math. Thanks.

I was new on a project and once I was alone in a shift. Suddenly one of Linux production server got on high load and there were no logs on the server for same. Checked all the logs even tried to check whatever solutions I can but when I have observed then I found that there was an issue with swap memory. One parameter is designed for this swap memory which was wrong on the server. Due to this server was running swap memory than physical memory and then lots of zombie process getting generating.

There was only one way to solve this issue we need to reboot that server. But I was alone and even there was no more access then shell. Finally, I decided to reboot server and fire command to reboot the server. My luck was good, the server comes online without issue and all server become normal. I have update same to client and client was happy with this solutions. From that day server is working fine now.
