Firstly I say, "No one is perfect in this world everyone wants perfection". So, whenever someone criticized my work I never feel bad because they are indirectly let me know my mistake and it will let me to improve my knowledge.
Actually, I learned a lot from mistakes. I believe that, "Making a mistake is not a mistake but repeating the mistake is a mistake".

Yeah, good question sir. This is a major problem during working hours in the organization. I learned that principle of management. Sir, if I know very well about some way to get a success among them, I want to argue their criticized.
But that fault belongs to me, I must accept their suggestion and I can be recognized myself. I learn from them more.

I have never got too much criticized by my work or my seniors. If you are doing your work in an appropriate manner then you will never get a chance to get criticized. But sometimes it happens when you get criticized, if you are taking it positively then it means you are improving your work and next time you will never get fail down in your work.

There is monthly review meeting and I was giving a presentation. In target vs achievement slide my quarterly target was 5.14 crores and I showed my achievement would be 5.14 crores then my reviewer criticize me how do you know this figure.
So I correct it and learned a lesson. Mean I should show it the achievement in 5.20 crores.

I always criticized by my plant head by word "you are not work with full of your efficiency" and I working better than before. And he gave me more and more difficult tasks. Because of that my working skills are better than before. I always taken his criticized words in a positive ways and so I develop my skills in industry.

There are times when my work is being criticised during my college days even when I was in my on the job training in my previous company. And, yes I do feel bad however I always take it as a feedback and try to improve my self. And every time I put my heart in it I came out of the situations with flying colours.

Well, I was never criticised for my work but for my priorities, I would deliver some amounts of production within stipulated time with "first in first out" methodology which basically indicates that dates are to be taken to concern but sometimes a customer would require a part of production on priority basis.

I have not been criticised much, but once wrongly in one letter which was to be signed from the senior most person I have wrongly mentioned R&D location as Hyderabad instead of Mumbai.
But that criticism thought me to concentrate more on my work and give my best and never to make such silly mistakes.

I was criticized by my controlling officer and HOD for not wearing helmet thereby violating safety rules while working in plant during shutdown. They warned me about its importance and consequence it may lead to. I accepted and understood and I promised to myself and them that it won't happen again.

Yeah, I Faced it and corrected it as well and felt it as a Stepping stone.
Apart from that let me describe the situation, I like to be independent in taking decisions and that was not supported by my colleagues and later I came to Realize independency itself has it's dependency in Some cases.
