Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Criticism always gives you an opportunity to correct or improve yourself because if there is no critics, you will work wrong for long without knowing it. I also would like to replace a word criticism to coach. If you are doing something wrong, coach will always correct you, but without the coach, might be you may wrong somewhere & you will not be corrected.

However I might have done small mistakes but mistakes make us perfect, I like getting feedback's and take it positively, always try to improve and not to repeat a mistake again.

Yes, everyone will face this kind of criticize in their work even I too face the same I have worked as a fresher I have been criticized for my job initially I have not accepted by myself but we can't able to argue with them that's the true thing.

So I have analysed my problem where I was lagging and next time I tried to correct when we are criticized by some one then one we will have the make the negative into positive.

Criticized is the way for success. As a fresher I have join the organization, which is totally a different culture from the college environment.

My boss criticize me on the daily basis, that you are not a suitable candidate from this role and you will not able to do the business, with in 5th month he has shifted me from his team to another team. The next month I have perform well in team handling.

Increasing productivity and all for which I have received the elite performance award, and the award was given by that person who has through me out from his team. All my team member are happy with this performance (it is a real life story).

So in brief criticized help the person/individual to hence the hidden potential. So take the criticism as feedback and work into it that will help to hence your personality.

Criticized is the way for success, at my previous job I was criticized from my seniors, because nobody is perfect in this world and was taken that criticism as learning. I am also thankful they corrected my work I believe there is always space for improvement.

I did not remember any high criticism on my work, however I have made some mistakes, and mistakes make us perfect. Also, I like to take feedbacks positively and try to improve myself and not to repeat the mistakes again in future.

I was a manager for a restaurant we had a black out and I wasn't able to clean thoroughly. But, that is to be expected.

Criticism is a common one in all the organisation. Even I to had the same from my team lead in all the ways. But I took all his criticism as a feedback and make myself corrections and I seen my real growth there. Always we need a person to criticize to explore ourselves.

First of all today every one criticize to other which is most simple thing in world, so we should not take very seriously and only think about our company policy for enhance the productivity. Therefore I can bear and handle criticize situation with every one without any brain pressure.

I did not remember any highly criticism in my work. But I have done many mistakes and I always learn from my mistakes. I would like to tell about one situation, when I was in 2nd year we had to prepare a presentation, at that time I had no knowledge about this presentation and all.

We were 4 members in a group and none of us know about this and I was the group leader then everyone told me to prepare it and I prepared it to some extend but it was not in the correct sequence so for me only our group couldn't score better.
