Looking back on your last position, have you done your best work?

Well, I still believe something better needs to be done and this motivates me and keeps me going. I don't believe in doing best I believe in doing better. If I talk about my last postion, I am quite satisfied with it. The time I spent there was absolutely meaningful and I have learnt a lot of things from there which makes me absolutely suitable for the new job and accept new challenges and to learn as much as I can. Learning the most within the organisation has always been my prime objective and thus I feel I have done my best in my last position and hope to continue the same here.

My previous performance in my last job was outstanding and attracted both employees & management to me. However, my better days and better performances are ahead. My previous performance will be nothing compared to my new level of commitment & hard work if given opportunity.

I have done my best work in my previous position. Even whatever I am today that is the result of my past hard work. I have improved myself a lot by doing hard work and that experience will inspire me to lot to do well in future.

Yes, I have done my best work. I was a good employee of my previous organisation. All qualities like dedication, punctuality and obedience made me to learn new values of life that should be taken care of.

Hard work is the one that which helps a person to get success in any kind of task that he is about to accomplish.

In a similar manner, I was always ready to put forth my effort in every kind of task where I have achieved success in maximum situations by my hard work.

I can only say that, I had done work which was satisfied to my boss. He is very much satisfied with my work. And most important I was satisfied with my work.

Yes, I am strongly agree on this and because of this work company promoted me to new grade. Company recognize the work which I did for this project and which help me to go up in technical area.

I gave my 2 years to my previous company with 100% result. After 1 month my boss call me and said to come in the office next day. I go and he want's that I should join again so this means that I gave my best to my company.

My awards and rewards are indicating that I did best in my last position.

My boss was happy with my work, I think this is because I have done my best work.
