Looking back on your last position, have you done your best work?

Over the course of the past five years, I have made an effort to develop my skills and experience in numerous different ways. I have matured as an individual and my experience of working with others "both colleagues and customers " has contributed a lot to my interpersonal skills. I am also better able to see the bigger picture and how my role relates to the overall goals of the organization. Having built up a broad range of experience, I am now much more productive in my role "and much better equipped to handle unusual or difficult situations. In terms of training, I have learned a range of new IT skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access. I have also undertaken an evening course in business administration which has helped to shape the way I work and has given a formal structure to many of the skills I was already developing on a practical basis. I am also now a qualified First Aider.

Well, I still believe something better needs to be done and this motivates me and keeps me going. I don't believe in doing best I believe in doing better. If I talk about my last postion, I am quite satisfied with it. The time I spent there was absolutely meaningful and I have learnt a lot of things from there which makes me absolutely suitable for the new job and accept new challenges and to learn as much as I can. Learning the most within the organisation has always been my prime objective and thus I feel I have done my best in my last position and hope to continue the same here.

I have done Post Graduation North Maharashtra University Jalagon from 2016.

I have done Graduation North Maharashtra University Jalagon from 2012.

I have done HSC Nashik University since 2009.

I have done SSC Nashik University since 2007.

About my family members Four include me.

Father name is farm My moth is Housewife my sister is swing tailor.

My short-term dream I have to join reputed company.

I have worked for two different profile, started working as a fresher. I didnt received any kind of training, from very first day had been put in a project. within next 6 month i was part 3-4 project, started interecting with client, making some decision making docs.As well as in my current job am giving my 100%. Whatevr task is given,have always delivered on time with maximum perfection.

I have worked for two different profiles in my current organisation.Started as a fresher consistensously performed well n won star perfrmer bonus in my team.As in my current position as QA i did received any slight kind of a training only rest of I am doing at my own level of learning and m giving my 100%.

In my last company I have given my cent percent for the betterment of the organisation as well as polished my career skills like Office administration, communication skills, coordination skills. I am proud that I could gain and improve my personnel skills and positive attitude towards career advancement.

As a human being we keep on learning and improving as we move ahead, I also believe that I can do much better now and going forward. Now to answer you yeas definitely I have given more than hundred percent to my previous work and gained knowledge and acceptability within friends and colleagues.

My previous performance in my last job was outstanding and attracted both employees & management to me. However, my better days and better performances are ahead. My previous performance will be nothing compared to my new level of commitment & hard work if given opportunity.

Hard work is the one that which helps a person to get success in any kind of task that he is about to accomplish.

In a similar manner, I was always ready to put forth my effort in every kind of task where I have achieved success in maximum situations by my hard work.

Everyone is human being knows that. Sometime we all are doing some kind mistake but when is my stand come when I improve my experiences and more skills to learn what is my previous mistake, I learn it better this year and I will do more hard work.
