Sir, I want to work forever until get retired for your firm. As this company is my area of interest. And irrespective of this the factors makes me work here forever are 1. ) Growth 2) money, which I think do not get anywhere.

Well, I think, in this organisation, I will get several opportunities to learn and grow because there are many things which need to improve. Here I'm looking for long-term goals, like to learn leadership skills and to lead the team efficiently, so there is no looking for quit till I'm beneficial for this company.
