How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

I am here because I want to be a part of your esteemed organization and want to grow with this organization by contributing my skills for its betterment. So from this initial time I am not thinking about till how long I will associate with your organization rather than I am thinking to grow till the topmost level of this organization.

As far as I can tell, this company has everything I'm looking for. I enjoy this type of work and the benefits at this company are great. I'm looking for a long term position and if there are opportunities for advancement and growth here, then I want to stay for a long time.

To work for this company is one of my biggest dream. I know the words I used may give a kiddy texture. I would be getting more and more of industry experience and its probably from your company. I am not leaving your company any earlier. My stay here depends upon my hard work, my commitment level, dedication and consistency. On the other hand, the company has to play some important role to retain its staff. Like continuous professional development, acknowledging the hard work of employees and hr policies should be strong enough to attract new talent and to retain the existing.

As I am a fresher, I think I have enough theoretical knowledge and now I am in search of platform where I can apply my knowledge contribute in organization like yours. As long as I get the opportunities to prove myself, I will be there for organization. My personal satisfaction towards job is also important for me. I will give my best to your company till I get challenging roles. Growth, satisfaction and knowledge is important for me.

Actually, I am starting my career with the reputed company like yours, so I know that there is lot of improvement in my knowledge and skills also. So with this things I am satisfied for long time where there is value to my ideas and knowledge and experience too then there is no question rises to leave this company even when I am working with your company for a very long time.

Sir, the question is not about staying in the company or not. The question lies if the normal working person gets prompted and awarded for his performance. Every normal person expects growth and appreciation. So if the respective company provides me with good working environment and working strategy I would be a fool to switch with other leaving such a cool environment.

Sir as you know there are 2 type of satisfaction in life one is job satisfaction and another is monetory satisfaction for middle class person like me. When this both satisfaction moves parallel there no reason to make any changes. As I grow up in professionally there is no reason me also to make a move. And I don't want to be a rolling stone in my life.

I would like to work here till my talents are best utilized for the companies growth, if the company still needs me then there's no way of quitting it, but I'm not thinking of how long to work here since this would be my first company to work for I need to give my best performance on my work so that under any circumstances the company must not lose me.

I am excited about the opportunity of being a member of the IT department at your company, so for the first 1-2 year, I would like to continue developing my skills, and once I have established my credibility and have a thorough understanding of the company's protocol in the next 3-5 year. I want to achieve a respectable position in that company.
