How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

To work for this company is one of my biggest dream. I know the words I used may give a kiddy texture. I would be getting more and more of industry experience and its probably from your company. I am not leaving your company any earlier. My stay here depends upon my hard work, my commitment level, dedication and consistency. On the other hand, the company has to play some important role to retain its staff. Like continuous professional development, acknowledging the hard work of employees and hr policies should be strong enough to attract new talent and to retain the existing.

So I will work until it satisfies your needs.

As long as company needs me. If my work is not meeting the standard. Whenever I become a burden to this organisation. I will never wait to receive the notification letter instead I step out from the position. I always love to give best shot to my company.

Since, I've been working and gaining experience to get into this company I'd like to stay a long time if offered the job.
