As a fresher, it's my first priority to gain more knowledge and skills.

So, I have no problem working at any time.

Firstly, I will try to achieve all my targets on time. But even then if required. I have no problem to work at night or on weekends.

Because work comes first.

Working nights and weekends once in a while is okay for me, as it'd benefit the company.

But continuing this on a long haul would take a toll on my health, and also reduce the time that I could potentially spend with my family and indulge in extra-curricular activities.

I believe work-life balance is the most important thing for an employee.

Until or unless it does not affect my personal life.

And also if I am able to give sufficient time to my family. I have no problem with working at nights and weekends.

Because we all are working for a living and not living for work.

Of course, I do because as I'm a fresher I don't want to waste my time.

So I can work rotational shifts which are helpful to enhance my skills, knowledge and experience.

Working on night and weekends makes no difference if we love & enjoy our work. But we have to pay same importance on the family as well as health. So I need time to spend with my family on weekends and for maintaining health I have to take rest on night.
