As afresh graduate, you have to work because it may n the right time for learning more than weekdays. Because most managers gives room for freshers to practice.

As a fresher, I know work hard then I will learn something. So I am comfortable for night shift and weekends. In my internship I also did night shift and weekend, so have no problem to work any time.

I have worked in the company internationally and globally where I had flown during days and nights and no weekend patterns to follow as cabin crew. So I'm perfectly fine with working in nights as I can tune my body clock easily.

No one wants to work at late night and weekends, While working do not see the clock I would try my best to complete my work in working hours and I am curious to learn more and gaining experience. For that, I can work in night shift and even in weekends also.

Working nights and weekends is good for those who take lesser care while working during the scheduled time. I personally feel anytime you work, pay 100 per cent of your interest and efforts on it and be focused on the particular job. This will ensure your work to be finished earlier with minimum errors.
