I will not mind working on nights and weekends for company but only for limited time when I thought that it is need of hours but can not do it in long run as it will effect my working efficiency and personal life too.

Sir, I trust on you, I know if company is demanding me then there should be some reason behind that, so I will love to assist my company as far I can but basically in weekend I love to spend my time on me and my family which are also important in my life too.

I believe that weekends are meant for personal recreational work which eventually helps in maintaining the work-life balance. However, if the matter is of urgency, I would have no problem in helping my organization towards a better future for us all.

According to my perception, Health is the first thing and after mental happiness. If we work in late nights and weekends our health will damage and there is no mental happiness to the employees.
