I have no problem in working nights or at weekend shifting or rotating time what is important is to do work where I can take my rights and do my duties and where I do beyond the sky the sky is not our limit.

According to me, shifts are not important parts of me, my only aim is to get better results for the company which gave a platform by apologies me. So I have no problem with it.

As, I am a team player and my company is a team, so if my team needs some extra effort I will come forward to support.
So it's ok to manage some weekends but it's not wise to do it always.
