How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Yes, ofcourse, I mostly like working nights and weekend if we do hard work we will gain more knowledge and freshers should work very hard and I am always with my company when my company have requirment.

As it somewhat difficult, but I try to motivate myself to complete task. I won't feel any burden. I will try to accustom my self for any situations.

Yes, If there is an immediate need, I would be ready to support the organization.

For me; Working at night and weekend is no matter only improving the skills.

I will try to complete my tasks within weekdays effectively and efficiently. If client needs I will work in nights and weekends. I believe that our mental and physical health is very much important.

Firstly, to understand why it happens working night and weekend, because of ineffective process and working in a big project.

So, as per my perspective, the ultimate task is to complete the project with full commitment, if your vision is fixed with full commitment, the night and weekend will not be in the frame. So it does not affect me. When I was working to achieve the target.

I will finish work in time, so I don't need to do work at night.

But if it comes to the company's growth, I will definitely work at night.

I am someone who tries to finish all my work before deadlines, so for me weekend or night does not matter because I will give my 100% in the given stipulated time to finish my work.

The quality, time taken and final output of the work given to me is directly proportional to how active and productive I am, and I can work the weekends but I find myself extremely active and productive starting from morning till night, but not starting from night.

However, I will work at night if it is critical because I want to finish work on time and create no issues for me and the company.

I feeling good because company will select you for working so always ready for doing job.

Honestly speaking it is little bit difficult for me to work in night shift. But as of my work, it is primary importance to work any time either weekends or night, so I am ready to work in weekends as well as in night shift. I can manage myself and my family responsibility along with my work. But we know rest is also important for our health and for good health complete "need" is necessary, so I would prefer to complete my work on given that, but if my work is not completed than I will definitely work in night or weekends.
