As we know that there is silent atmosphere at night, so I think it would be better for me to concentrate on my work.
I think if I work at weekends, so it will add some extra working hours and skills to my experience that will assist me to succeed as well as reaching the goals of organization.

I think, In case of emergency, I agree with it but family time is also important so that there is a balance between professional life normal life.

I have worked in the company internationally and globally where I had flown during days and nights and no weekend patterns to follow as cabin crew. So I'm perfectly fine with working in nights as I can tune my body clock easily.
