Actually, when I take my job as my responsibility and think that where I'm working is our company. Then I will not feel any grudge againt working night and weekends.

Sir/madam their is no problem for working in night but from my childhood till now me and my family sleep at 11:00 PM, so it became a routine, it will take some day.

If company select me for any particular task that I have to do at nights or weekends then I will happily do that work as they thought I am perfect for that task.

As afresh graduate, you have to work because it may n the right time for learning more than weekdays. Because most managers gives room for freshers to practice.
