If I am being appreciated by my boss for working till late night and also on weekdays, then I will surely work without any objection. And if no one notices my hard work, then I will surely not work until and unless it's a very important work to be finished on time.

Sir, I'm a fresher so it would be great for me to work at late nights and in weekends they will be no problem for me because work is more important to me and it will be an honour to serve the company in working late nights or in weekends because company growth is employees growth.

In case of business requirement which impacts the company growth being a flexible individual, I shall be glad to work at any point of time irrespective of weekends and nights. Moreover, my company is my extended family!
