Sir, there is no issue in working night shifts but in weekends it's little hard because spending time with family is also important. When it is required to work I will surely work for the organization.

Sir, frankly speaking, every one want's to spend time with family but if company wants me to work me to growth of organization I'm ready to work on weak ends.

Yes, I would like to work nights & weekends also. Because God gives you 1 life. Life gives minimum Opportunity to prove yourself. If you work hard at the worst time. You will enjoy your best time!

On daily basis I would avoid night shifts but if any company project needs me. Or if there is any emergency. Then surely I'll go for night shifts. Because the company's growth is employees growth.

There is nothing to worry about to work in night shift because ultimately we work for company growth as well our so if company requires me to work in night or in weekend. I am always ready to do.
