Sir if the company needs my presence at nights and weekends I definitely come and do that work because as a fresher this company gives such a wonderful opportunity to me so I can do work at weekends and nights also.

I will be ready to do work in any time when there will be need and urgent. No matter of weekend, night or day. I will work according to my ability and need of work. I have confidence about my work to complete within the time.

I think sir as fresher, day work, night, the weekend doesn't, a matter I want to learn a lot so any situation and any days I am ready to work to give the best result to company, but normally I prefer day than night because I want to spend some time with family.

Until or unless it does not affect my personal life.

And also if I am able to give sufficient time to my family. I have no problem with working at nights and weekends.

Because we all are working for a living and not living for work.

My job is to satisfy with my work. If you feel to use most of my work even on weekends and working nights. I am glad and pleasure to work but you have to satisfy me with payment and position for what I deserved for that.

I believe there should be a good balance in the employee's personal and professional life. Working late hours and on weekends are not good signs of employee's and company's growth as well. Work should be completed within the stipulated time. If a company really needs my work for more time I'm ready to work.
