It's normal for me to work at night or in the weekend.
To increase my effort and my company productivity I will never refuse to work extra time, But if you want to say that working every weekend I can't do that, because I have my own life too to meet myself.
It's ok to work extra, but in limits.
And work extra everyday is also decrease productivity.

I feel if the company has to deliver some priority output which it has agreed to with its customer then I will have to support the company to fulfil its commitments and it would be my utmost pleasure in doing so.
Hence,I wouldn't mind working in night shifts or even weekends!
