I think company growth is the growth of employees. I need to work on night shifts. I will be there when company needs me. It gives me a experience how to handle a critical situation. I will do my best. I will always ready to work in weekends and night shifts.

I would like to work in the night because there is silence from all the sides. You can enjoy your work with full of concentration and it will give lots of productivity.

There is no problem for me to work in nights and weekends. Well, as a fresher my aim is ultimately to achieve which I believe this is the first step. So I don't want to lose any opportunity coming in my way.

Firstly, I have a habit of completing the assigned work on time. But if this not done then I don't have any problem to work with weekends also if from this work company gets a profit.
