Sir, I trust on you, I know if company is demanding me then there should be some reason behind that, so I will love to assist my company as far I can but basically in weekend I love to spend my time on me and my family which are also important in my life too.

I think company growth is the growth of employees. I need to work on night shifts. I will be there when company needs me. It gives me a experience how to handle a critical situation. I will do my best. I will always ready to work in weekends and night shifts.

Working on night and weekends makes no difference if we love & enjoy our work. But we have to pay same importance on the family as well as health. So I need time to spend with my family on weekends and for maintaining health I have to take rest on night.

No one wants to work at late night and weekends, While working do not see the clock I would try my best to complete my work in working hours and I am curious to learn more and gaining experience. For that, I can work in night shift and even in weekends also.

Honestly, I would be more comfortable in working over weekdays as in weekends I would love to spend time with my family.

However, if my presence would be utmost important in the company I would be there irrespective of time. Work will be my first priority.

I would like to work in the night because there is silence from all the sides. You can enjoy your work with full of concentration and it will give lots of productivity.

Productivity is equal to profit.

I don't think that working on weekends is workable.

Sir frankly speaking everyone wants to enjoy weekends but if company needs my presence then it means I am suitable for this job so I will always be ready for this.

And about night shift, there will not be problem for me because I love to work at night.

Working at night is not a great deal for me. Even I enjoy working at night. But I want to spend my weekends with my family and also give some time to them. As family also needs your support and time. Afterall I work at any time as I love doing my work.

According to me, night & weekends is also perfect for me, because of I'm a flexible guy but there's also one reason which is always giving me motivation and that's my family so that's why nothing hard to me like " nights and weekends".
