Frankly speaking, nobody likes working at night and weekends. But I believe company's growth obviously employee growth. Whenever the company needs me. I will be there. Either nights or weekends. Thank you, sir, such a wonderful opportunity to speak in front of you.

Nowadays most of the jobs offer comes with evening/weekend. In this case, we don't have much choice we need a job to make our ends meet so why lose such an opportunity just go for it. A day or night job is a job. The choice is yours either you take it or leave it.

I like to preplan and do not procrastinate in my work hence I will be able to complete my work in given deadline, but when project requires weekend support or late nights I won't hesitate in doing so if necessary, however, I think that will be in rare case only.

I will definitely not work on nights as sleep is my first and most important priority, I would be fed upon working in the mornings and I will get angry if you tell me to work on nights. I will work on nights if you give me the excess salary and next day's leave.

I think sir as fresher, day work, night, the weekend doesn't, a matter I want to learn a lot so any situation and any days I am ready to work to give the best result to company, but normally I prefer day than night because I want to spend some time with family.

I think the companies growth is the growth of the employees. So, there is no problem for me to work either at nights or on weekends. I think it will give me the experience to live in a critical situation not only in professional life but also in personal life.

Sir, I trust on you, I know if company is demanding me then there should be some reason behind that, so I will love to assist my company as far I can but basically in weekend I love to spend my time on me and my family which are also important in my life too.

I think company growth is the growth of employees. I need to work on night shifts. I will be there when company needs me. It gives me a experience how to handle a critical situation. I will do my best. I will always ready to work in weekends and night shifts.

Working on night and weekends makes no difference if we love & enjoy our work. But we have to pay same importance on the family as well as health. So I need time to spend with my family on weekends and for maintaining health I have to take rest on night.

No one wants to work at late night and weekends, While working do not see the clock I would try my best to complete my work in working hours and I am curious to learn more and gaining experience. For that, I can work in night shift and even in weekends also.
