I don’t have any problem working nights or weekends if the work requires it or during important project deadlines.
I understand that sometimes extra effort is needed to meet goals, and I’m ready to be flexible when needed.
However, I also believe in maintaining a good work-life balance to stay productive and focused.

As I already have experience in working nights and weekends.
I’m confident that I can balance both work and personal life. Because I understand some roles require night shifts and work on weekends to give my 100% in completing the tasks on time. It will also be an opportunity to gain knowledge and learn new skills.

Sir/Mam. I believe that maintaining a work-life balance is crucial for any working professional to work long-term for a company. Loving what you do is crucial, but still, working all the time might be mentally exhausting for people.
However, since I'm a fresher now, I'm exploring and willing to learn as many things as I can, so a few extra hours won't hurt me.

Ideally, it's not productive to work late nights as the Brain needs some rest to reboot itself. Although working weekends can be considered rather than working late nights.
I will be there for the company when it comes to meeting deadlines.

I'm happy to contribute extra hours when needed. Let me know more about the additional compensation policy in place for overtime work.

I cannot work at night shifts because doing tasks without proper rest may lead to stress and depression.

I am flexible with my working hours and understand that some roles require night shifts or weekend work for operations or clients.
I'm okay with working during those times and I'll make sure to manage my energy and schedule to maintain productivity.
