I don't have any issue, in my previous organization I have to report a younger person and I appreciate his talent, skills, ability to leading a team, I took him as a role model. And again I am applying for this perticular post so I don't care about the age of my boss.

Does matter that reporting boss is elder or younger. Knowledge should be the first preference and experience. But if after sometime the person who is reporting to younger boss perform better more then expectation then the organization should do something for him/her.

Even An out of order wall clock or wrist watch also shows correct time two times a day. Earlier he/she had also worked on that same post/position as a responsible employee he/she must be given a chance to perform his/her duty whether she/he has the ability or not.

No sir I don't have problem to do work under which person is smaller than me as age. I respect to his knowledge. Like as a inspector chair we respect to his chair not a particular man. Same type I respect to his talent, his post, his knowledge and his ability.

Sir, I think age shall not be the criteria here if I am reporting to a person younger than me, if that person is on a senior level he must have got more experience, knowledge. He must have put extra efforts into it. So age becomes an irrelevant factor here.

Sir, age is just a number for me he/she must have knowledge and experience of his job that why he is in the better position today we can take him as role model and inspiration for us and improve our productivity and I respect him and his designation.

I have got nothing to do with the age of the person I am reporting to. His/Her qualifications, experience, knowledge and efforts might have lead to achieve good designation. As of me, it is reporting to my higher up and it is part of my job.

Well, that person is maybe an inspiration in some ways, I feel that person must be unique. I believe they are creative and more energetic. Younger or older doesn't matter in the profession. Respect to be considered. Its all in your mind.

I feel proud and motivated and try to learn from them, actually, I am reporting to the person who has more knowledge, and experience and is more qualified compared to me. So I am happy to report because it is beneficial for the company.
