How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

Success is like our shadow. Don't try to catch it. Walk your own way; it automatically follows you. Remember shadow follows you only when you walk towards brightness.

Finally, when my signature turns into autograph, it will be my success.

Success is accomplishment of a aim or a purpose. Success denotes the GOAL which you have choose to achieve it. If we do hard work and being focused towards our goal than we can achieve our goal.

Example.

Success for a baby might be walk without any support.

Success for a student that complete the degree with good marks and getting placed in good company.

For a professional hitting their business target.

So success at every level may be different but the way to achieve it is always same.

"Being focused and hard work is the key of success".

Sir, according to me, "Success is when our expectations met reality ".

Through our consistent action towards our goal and never giving up ability whenever hard times push us down, I do measure success, sir.

For me, success is when people will search you on google and not on facebook.

Success is a journey, not a destination. If any small thing you achieve in your life give you satisfaction and happiness is the success.

At this stage of my life, I see every small achievement as success.

Because I believe that success is a continuous process. There should not be a full stop in achievements for a person.

I take every small achievement as a success because it encourages me to move ahead in my life.

I follow APJ "success is when our signature becomes an autograph".

Defining success is subjective. Everyone has their own definition. To me success is a journey from A2B from Where you Are to where you want to Be. Success is journey which keeps moving based on which phase of life you are in.

For example:

Success for a baby might be walking without any support.

Success for a school kid may be securing 100 marks in his / her favorite / all subjects.

Success for a college student may be completing his/her degree without arrears and getting placed in a good company.

For a professional hitting their business targets.

For a retired professional having a healthy and peaceful life.

For me, success is making an improvement in all field compared to the past. Whether that field is my parent's happiness, my skill, knowledge or my satisfaction in life.

Because for me success is a journey and not a destination.

When I see the happiness in my parents eyes only because of me is the real success for me.
