How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

Success word comes with hard work and smart word. If you put yourself in specific field for getting or achieving expected result. After a lots of hard word if you will get expected result at that time the tears, smile and happiness will came on your face is called success.

Success means achieving goals that are set for myself so that I am happy and satisfied. I measure success through the impact.

I create through my work and the progress. I make progress towards my personal and professional goals.

According to me, a person who is expert at his job and has knowledge about his strengths and shortcomings and delivers on time is a successful person.

I think I have reached to the ladder of success. In the past I made so many accomplishments but getting a job in this company will be a major one.
